OUR GOVERNING BOARDS

The Iona College Council and Board of Trustees (BOT)

Iona is an extraordinary school with a unique heritage of innovation and scholarship. This is exemplified by our talented and optimistic students, dedicated expert staff, and a supportive community of parents, alumnae and friends who value the finest traditions and aspirations in education.  Iona College has enjoyed a long tradition of sound and stable governance. Many parents of students and Iona Old Girls, who have become recognised leaders in their field, have generously shared their time, expertise and influence in contributing to Iona's growing future.

In 2018, the College Council and BOT signed an updated Memorandum of Understanding regarding the governance of the College which has underpinned the close working relationship between these two governance bodies.
