The role of Boarding House Supervisor is an outstanding opportunity for a warm, energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the current team in providing a home away from home for 166 girls aged 11-18 years.
Our dedicated and caring Boarding House Supervisors provide a secure and friendly environment for the boarders. They are committed to ensuring a happy, safe and structured way of life for girls living away from their homes and parents. Boarding House Supervisors assist with the smooth running of the Boarding House including the overall care and well-being of the girls.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and the ability to relate to adolescent girls and their families. In addition, proficient administrative, organisational, time management and IT skills. The Night Supervisors are expected to work a shift of 56 hours per fortnight as set out on the Boarding House permanent roster. This is not a sleep over position.
